Disappointing - safety concerns
Far too little information or illustrations provided in the manual on how it actually works. Tiny, nearly unreadable chart indicates that the P modes are 30 minute programs that reverse the pedal direction every few minutes and eventually revs up to top cycling speed. NO audible sound to warn user of the change. It just suddenly reverses or changes speed. Also, top speed is too much for rehab, arthritic, or aging knees. There is NO safety stop. Machine pedals keep whirling until press Stop on the remote or the unit. (Don't drop the remote.) As for Data, it disappears as soon as the unit is stopped. No option to display the stats when you stop. There is no Pause and resume function. The HA manual mode provides control over the rotation speed (1-5) and direction of the automated rotation. This mode is the only one I could actually use and only at the lower speeds. That alone could be useful in bad weather months. The passive movement did increase my heart rate. Not too heavy to move around, balanced, easy to set up, pedals fit my shoe size, not too noisy. But won't be able to take advantage of its other features. Concerned about safety. Be very careful of your position when it's activated.
