Lots of Problems
I bought this Porcini Mushroom and a Creamy Garlic variety and , although the date on the box was not expired, the dates on the flavoring pouches were expired. I asked for a full refund to my ebt ( CalFresh) card and they said they were processing it and it was approved but I haven’t received it. I tried to use the pasta from one of the boxes and make my own sauce but pasta turned to mush after the second day. I opted for the store offer of a replacement and it was almost ready to ship and I canceled. I guess I will have to contact Guest Services to get a refund. Too much trouble for $12.00 it seems.

I think this pasta is very good and flavorful and I liked it more than I thought I was going to! I personally didn’t realize it was gluten free until after looking at the box. My family and I enjoyed and we will be purchasing this pasta again! This was just enough for lunch for my husband and I, but next time, we definitely plan to add some plant-based protein to make this meal even more delicious!

While the flavor is delicious, the noodles are awful! They are completely broken and falling out of the box. Plus, the texture is awful. I'd rather have barilla noodles with the seasoning and sauce from this box.

Don't trust the best by date!
The pasta tasted great, no complaints. I would advise avoiding this product because the expiration date on the flavor packet was more than a year before the Best By date on the box. The QR code on the box is inactive and the website listed on the box goes to a fake/scam Amazon product page.

Overall, I think the noodles are great. It’s really hard to find a good gluten-free noodle, so I was pleasantly surprised when the noodles came out soft and chewy, without falling apart! As far as the seasoning goes, I just did not care for it. I was not expecting it to be spicy. I mean don’t get me wrong, it’s not spicy like Sriracha. But it IS spicy. I thought that there would be bits of mushroom in this, not at all. It IS listed as Porcini Mushroom, so I think it’s fair to say that I could be pretty disappointed there was no mushroom flavor or mushroom product at all. FYI, you do need to add butter or butter alternative and milk or milk alternative, which I was not aware of until I went to prepare the pasta. It’s not terrible, but I just don’t think that I would purchase this item again.

From the outside this looked fine, no apparent packaging issues but then I noticed bits of pasta were spilling from the bottom of the box and when I opened it all the pasta was in tiny pieces ( there were about 5 pieces of whole pasta) and the sauce packet was missing. So good and so easy to make. Definitely recommend adding some sautéed mushrooms and spinach to give some substance. It’s little heavy on the black pepper too for those sensitive to it. A little expensive, but I’ll definitely continue rebuying!

Easy meal with Real Ingredients!
This was so delicious! I love that it’s all REAL ingredients in the box. Very flavorful and the pasta was a great texture even with being GF. I added some chopped up mushrooms in the hot pan at the end, and it really took the dish up a notch. This was so easy, I was glad it was in my pantry. I’ll be buying again!
