It tastes like someone boiled some mushrooms and dumped a bunch of flour in it. What a horrendous flavor, it just makes you want to spit as soon it hits your mouth. While this soup was good, there was SO much roasted garlic flavor that it overpowered everything else in the soup. It tasted like someone just dumped in every ounce of roasted garlic. Kudos on excellent roasted garlic flavor, no bitterness at all, but way way too much garlic. I couldn't even taste the vegetables. They should consider selling a roasted garlic paste for the at home cook.
