Great for GF Noodle Lovers
I’ve had to become gluten-free which was devastating for a noodle lover like me. I had no clue I’d still be able to enjoy ramen without the ramifications so I was so happy to even have an alternative option to try. I could tell by the texture exactly when they were done cooking because they moved and looked just like regular noodles. I made 2 out of the 4 noodle cakes at once and ended up with too much so I shared with my mom and she loved it. These will be a staple in my pantry. Texture wise these were more like the nice restaurant noodles than the instant pack. Pay attention as they boil and they’ll cook perfectly. They shouldn’t be gummy or hard if cooked properly.

Good for gluten free. I always personally add my own seasoning no matter what. Add your chicken bouillon, some of your favorite seasonings and add some meat if you want.. PERFECTION.
