Charger came bent, so I still tried to use it and it worked for about 3 months and the metal piece of the charger just snapped off. Haven’t been able to find a replacement so it’s collecting dust

Not worth buying spend more for a brand new one
I recieved and and immediately started having display issues with no applications installed to cause any malware issues, the issues continually got worse and it completely stopped working after like 6 months of use and like 7 uses bc i use my laptops so infrequently. Bc it was refurbished it was out of warranty before it even got to me and acer will not answer questions regarding laptops not in warranty they send you to a community chatboard

Not happy
Haven't received it yet, but was very disappointed that I was not offered a protection plan. I had purchased one of these in May and it is already falling apart and had to buy a new one.

Great processor at the price, poor connection to adapter
The laptop worked well and the 13th-gen processor was a good value ($315 in March 2025), but I returned it in less than 30 days becasue the adapter cord kept falling out at the connection. That was extremely annoying and shouldn't have happened with a brand new laptop. Quality control? Poor build quality? I'm not sure. No more Acers for me.
