So far so good, touchscreen is nice
Most of my beefs with this are because of Windows 11, which isn't the manufacturer's fault. Mainly I wanted to address the conflict between the title saying "touchscreen" while the specs say "no touchscreen." I can confirm that it does have a touchscreen.

Computer doesn't work will return immediately.
Hello, So I ordered this laptop on 06/05/2024 for my fiance's birthday. We recieved it on Saturday 06/08/2024 thinking everything was fine or recertified as it says on the back of the laptop itself "Acer Recertified". But as soon as we turned it on with the charger plugged in, the screen loaded from Acer in green to "No Bootable Device". We are both very disappointed and will be returning the device back. In the future it would be to state the condition & issues listed on a paper with paperwork or information regarding help incase of these situations for customers buying products like these of any kind. DO NOT PURCHASE
Loved this laptop for the first four months until one day the screen stopped turning on. Can’t return it either so now I just have a bum laptop that I can’t work off of and have to find money during tax season to buy something new for work.

Terrible build quality and performance
- Poor web browsing and video call performance despite high RAM capacity - Touch points all feel cheap and unresponsive (especially trackpad) - Charging port was loose - Battery life is terrible - Integrated webcam is awful and grainy - Hinge blew out when closing screen with TWO DAYS left in return window — light usage yielded a catastrophic failure of the left screen hinge for no apparent reason, tearing the screen away from the body of the computer and putting strain on the cables connecting the screen to the body I could have forgiven all but the last point as it was very cheap for a competent laptop. Returned as defective.

Great value would recommend so far
Great little laptop and I didn't even realize it was touch screen! I haven't had any issues with it and I have been using it daily for about a week now. It is surprisingly annoying that it does not have a back lit keyboard. I wouldn't try to run bg3 on here but divinity 2 runs fine. Obviously this not the fastest or most powerful, but it gets the job done if u just need a laptop. I already built a really nice desktop so I just wanted something affordable for the road. I would give this laptop like a 7.5/10. I really hope it lasts for a long time to come.
