Completely regret taking a chance on this Target partner and buying this product. We bought this product in a king size less than two months ago, but it's no longer offered. Considering the terrible design, I'm not surpised. King and queen size advertised as dual control with seperate controllers. It actually only comes with one shared controller for both sides. So if one person wants to adjust their side, but doesn't have the single controller, they have to either get up and walk to the other side or wake the other person and have them do it. Horrible design! Since we haven't needed it yet, I hadn't fully unpacked it to find only a single contoller. When I did and realized the poor design wasn't feasible, the short 30 day return window (not 90 like most everything else at Target) had closed. Target Guest Relations was no help. They took no responsibility for the incorrect product description on their website. After we continued to push back regarding their responsibility to have some accountability for their partners, they offered us a $15.00 gift card, but still took no responsibility. We never would have ordered this if the true design was indicated. Feel like we were lied to in order to make a sale. We've used dual-control heated blankets for many, many years and never seen such a ridiculous design. I realize we were past the shortened 30 day return window, but I thought Target would stand behind the third-party vendors they choose to partner with.
