A: Yes. Each controller has a pretty long cord and they sit on our nightstands.

A: We have a full and queen size, 2 controllers and both heat evenly.

Stops working...
Like others, I too thought I found the perfect cozy blanket. It's soo soft and kept me at the perfect temperature all night. However, after a couple weeks I started noticing that some parts aren't warm and in the middle of the night I'm searching for a warm spot since mine went cold. Disappointing :( I'm on the hunt again!
