another sweet Violet Ridge story!

I have read several books by this author and this was another fun story set in Violet Ridge and Lazy River Dude Ranch. Detective Jase returns to his hometown to investigate a fugitive on the run and to see if his old friend Cassie had any leads to the fugitive's whereabouts. He has a hard time trusting Cassie but also wanting to protect her and her family. I liked reading about Cassie and her two kids and all the things they did with their produce stand and farming. I felt like I was right along side them working and having fun! Sweet, clean, family romance with some drama and real life struggles. This story was easy to read, fun characters and interesting story line. I loved it! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book. All opinions and views expressed are my own.
