Q: I will ask this again! Are they compatible with Sterilite containers? To the best of my knowledge they will mot stack!

A: Hi Fro1111! The 56 Qt. Non-Latching Storage Box is a Target Exclusive item. They have the ability to stack with one another but were not designed that way so the stacking may not be as secure. The storage boxes are not all the same and are not interchangeable with bases and lids. The indentation allows for better stacking.

Go to afforable storage
These are my go to storage tubs. They are not meant for heavy storage, but for craft items, holiday items, blankets, toys, etc they are perfect. These are not what you want if you're trying to move fourty pounds of books, but if you're looking for easy storage for all those things that you don't know where to put them when not in use these are the ones. Catching them at sale prices makes them even better. They stack well, hold their shape and fit nicely onto storage shelves, the clear body makes it easy to know what you have. All total I have over eighty of these for different uses in my house, the lids snap on well and I have never had an issue with mold or insects even when storing them in an attic , basement or shed.

This is the 3rd week in a row that these order pick ups were messed up!!! First and second was EXPIRED milk by a week and NOW these dumb lids that don’t even fit! So inconvenient to have to RETURN inside! I will think twice before doing another order pick up!
