    Received damage product and no resolutions

    Item came damaged. Neither Target nor the drop shipper, Lamps Plus, will provide customer support. Will not buy from a target marketplace seller again.

    Poor Quality

    Packaging was great for these lamps no damage. However the quality of them we were not impressed. Very light weight and while assembling we noticed that they were not level and just unable to get them stable. We ended up returning them, the look is beautiful just the quality isn't there for us

Very difficult to align the shades with the base due to poorly made, uneven parts. 1 of the 2 shades was damaged and had a weird seam showing around the buttom area. Looked like a worm was crawling on it. Attaching photo. Would not recommend or buy again. If returning is easy, I will probably do just that.
