Dividers ship unassembled in a shrink-wrapped package in the bottom layer. Flimsy dividers
The dividers are very flimsy (think: cardstock), so I’ll be returning this which is too bad because the idea of this (stackable, you can snap on additional layers, and the handle on the lid) are really cool.

Missing storage latch lock
Love the storage box! But I would actually love it if the target associate shopping would check everything is in tack before giving it to me or any other customer. Missing a latch in the side so very unhappy I’m going to have take one from another storage when I’m there. So now it sucks for the next customer!

Is this a joke?
I ordered two of these for pickup. They are nice and sturdy. The inserts are a joke. How in the world did they think this would keep ornaments apart? The inserts are barely a little more than notebook paper but think of thin cardstock.

Odor
My daughters and I picked up 6 boxes of these at car pickup .. right after they were placed into the back of her suv we noticed an extremely strong, foul odor.. we started choking and had to open all the windows -we thought that it was the outside air until we got home and picked up a box- we did drive up delivery so we hadn’t touched them until then. I don’t know why these smell so horrible .. please check it out

Polypropylene sometimes has a plastic smell (especially the clear products) when first purchased that dissipates fairly rapidly once the product is unpacked and put to use. Washing with a lemon scented or grease fighting detergent and rinsing thoroughly helps dispel any noticeable odor. Detergents sometimes adhere to plastics and you will want to wipe and rinse well. Air or towel dry.
