Expensive but useful

Life changing!
The set is perfect. I used the vacuum for the first time. It was very easy and amazing to use. I had the large food safer vacuum in the past and it was so bulking and hard to store. The ZWILLING is a life changer.

Ok, but not as good as I’d hoped for
I was excited about my Zwilling purchase as I wanted to create an entire fleet of them in our kitchen…. But my starter set has not kept food well. I trouble shooted it and am afraid it just isn’t keeping like I thought it would. 3/5 stars because the glass is very well made.

Meh on pricing
The only thing I disliked is that if you accidentally get water ofr something in the suction part it just shuts off which makes perfect sense but I have a $19 one that came with a part that traps the water or liquid in it and paying $100 for this one Id expect it to be top of the line in functions. Other than that it was awsome.

Was fine, until it wasn’t.
I bought this a while ago and have used it a handful of times. Tonight while prepping a couple of pork shoulders for a my grandfather’s 90th birthday both my large vacuum seal bags failed. The first one had the zipper fail before I started cooking, and the second had the zipper fail while in the sous vide. By fail I mean the zipper separated from the wall of the bag completely. It just peeled off. I would not purchase this product again, nor recommend it to others as I’m afraid it would happen again. I will now be scrambling to figure out another entré to feed a very large group.

Terrible don't buy it
This is the worst product I've purchased recently. I have a few sets of the glass, plastic and bag containers. I vacuum the containers, glass and plastic ones, and even before I store them, I can already open the lid. I sent an email to the support team, and they did not attempt to help me understand why it happened; instead, they directed me to the warranty page.

This set is the perfect starter set. But beware…if you are anything like me, this will only be the beginning of your journey. This is great useful stuff and you’ll want to replace many of your storage containers.
