Good quality wok
The material is nice and the glass lid is a good addition. I appreciate the wok care guide to ensure the it’s seasoned and maintained correctly. The size is good too, smaller than our previous one but that one was too big for our household anyways.

Not non-stick
I was looking for a non-toxic, healthier material to replace my old wok. When I received this product, it was beautiful and felt well made. However, it is not non-stick at all. Whether frying eggs or making fried rice, food sticks badly. Given the high price, this was a very disappointing purchase.

Healthy choice
Excellent for medium-heat searing and stir-frying. The carbon steel builds a great non-stick patina over time. It's much lighter than cast iron, so tossing food is easy. The included lid is very useful.

Great Wok
Great wok for every day use. Unfortunately, the wooden handle is not a smart design choice. Makes it much harder to clean as the wood is not supposed to be submerged in water. Should have gone all metal.
