Zojirushi Home Bakery Maestro Breadmaker BB-SSC10 - White

Made one loaf of white bread and it came out delicious, we are a small family and one loaf per week is more than enough. Also lasts fresh longer than expected given it’s homemade. Made it on a Friday and finished it Wednesday. Would highly recommend. Also have other Zojirushi items, have never been disappointed, definitely an investment, but well worth it, given how long their products last!

Zoujirushi is the best. Great home bakery. My kids are baking everyday literally. Easy to bake bread.

I am obsessed with this bread maker. It makes the perfect sized loaf for our family of 3, the recipe book is perfect with all kinds of options (sugar free, gluten free, etc), and it’s just idiot-proof. NOTE: the blade is hard to remove if the cooker cools; DO NOT USE any tools to try and pull it out bc the blade is surprisingly easy to scratch/ding and since it’s non-stick I didn’t want to risk releasing any sketch chemicals (I ended up buying a new blade). I learned after the fact that just running it under hot water makes the stuck on stuff come off and the blade come out easier. Another recc is to get their digital scale (I got mine for free as a promo); the recipes have regular measurements (cup, tsp, etc), but also the grams and even doing perfect level “cups” doesn’t match the gram weight (and I’ve screwed up enough bread to have now learned that weight measurements are where it’s at. Nonetheless I have ZERO regrets buying this and my little one that finds most breads lackluster, loves “momma’s” bread.

I did thorough research before even considering a breadmaker for my new personal fresh milled flour bakimg adventure. I am old school and getting older so did I really want the job of mixing, kneading, and baking like I had once done? But, I had read way too many stories of breadmakers that disappoint, break down, and don’t produce a good consistent product. Then I reseached the top models. Zojirushi topped everything else out there and seemed too good to be true. As i write this, waiting for my husband to wake up, I’m smelling the freshly milled raisen bread baking that I quickly threw in the machine before bed last night. Yum! What more could I ask for? The presets have been perfect so far. The high quality machine is beautiful on the counter. The recipe book and instructions and perfectly done and very easy to follow. There is a learning curve because there are many courses. I started with simple whole wheat bread on course 4. Easy! The bread even slides out of the pan every time. You just can’t go wrong with this one…except I decided I needed a bigger one ALSO to meet our dough product needs. Can’t wait for the larger on to arrive! Love my Zoji!

Have enjoyed this experience immensely. Never have baked or made homemade bread before. How did the 15 mixes that I have made to make a loaf of bread. Only one sank. Bought a digital scale. Your Polaris orders manual recommends. I've made excellent loafs of bread. I should say your machine has made excellent loafs. I do the mixing of ingredients. Product well made. Excellent for making a small loaf of bread for one or two people. Especially during the summer and I have no wish to start up the oven during the summer.

Ever since breadmakers were manufactured for household use in 1986, I’ve always wanted one, but never bought one. Now that my wife and I have an empty nest, we bought a Zojirushi BB-SSC10. It’s the perfect size for the two of us, or a small family. Let’s start with the full color, large print, recipe manual. The technical writers who put this manual together, knew what they were doing. It’s very well laid out and every recipe we have made has turned out perfectly. It’s not complicated at all. Just add the ingredients, and push the start button. How easy is that? The machine runs very quiet and the timer tells you exactly, to the minute, when the bread will be done. Clean up of the nonstick surfaces is very quick and takes all of a few minutes. So, if you are on the fence considering a purchase, don’t wait years like I did. Consider this - fresh ingredients and no preservatives. The machine will pay for itself over time. You have nothing to loose. I have a Zojirushi Rice Maker too. Zojirushi is second to none. They make quality products.

Bought December 2022. No longer heats up. Used maybe 30 times in a year and a half.

I tried the home bakery maestro bread maker and was so happy I did. The instructions have become much easier than I remembered. So far I have only made bread but I am really looking forward to trying some of the other breads and desserts suggested. The recipes are all included with the bread maker and are simple to follow.

I love my new Maestro breadmachine, it is the perfect size for me. I live alone and it's hard to find smaller loafs, I wanted to make my own wholegrain breads. It is just perfect.

This bread maker is so quiet. I’m still learning how to use it but it makes beautiful golden colored bread. I have used courses 1, 2, and 3.

This was an expensive mistake. I have 2 30 year old Zojirushi bread makers that make delicious bread. So far no loaf in this one is compared. Results have been half cooked, tough hard crust, partially mixed. I could go on but I re o ment skip this 1 lb loaf and buy the 2 lb models. Four family members own the 2 lb models and they perform like my old machines.

This is a great machine if you like fresh bread. Even the Quick Whole Wheat cycle makes a great loaf. It’s easy to make jam and I love the dispenser for waking up to fresh cinnamon raisin bread.

The Maestro Breadmaker is now what I use to make my desserts and my sandwich bread. There are so many things that it can do, it even came with a few idea suggestions that I would never have thought of!
