Zojirushi 16oz Stainless Steel Travel Mug Airy Blue: Leakproof, Vacuum-Insulated, Hot & Cold Drinkware

I've had this Stainless Mug SM-WS36/48 (purchased two) for approximately five months. One has been in use since then ... daily coffee (no cows milk) then transitioning to tea. Got heavily stained in the beginning (since tapered off) only that was easily removed with the recommended cleaning ...a two-hour vinegar soak. I've since learned to moderate the temperature of the liquid poured in to my liking as the mug holds that temperature for hours. I'm still amazed at how well it works and the ease of using it ...never a need to pour my drink in another cup to reheat as it stays warm to the last drop. Fits slimline in the car's center cup holder and while I do snap close the top after each sip, I've never had it flying out of said holder.

I purchased the 12oz tumbler because of my previous experience with the 16oz model, purchased about eight years ago. Absolutely a fantastic tumbler! It keeps my coffee hot well over 24 hours. So I bought the 12oz model. It seems to be well made, but its insulating capability is not near what the older model is. Looks to me like “product improvement” updates have sacrificed thermal capabilities. That’s disappointing considering the high price of this tumbler!

Leak proof, amazing design and super lightweight, keeps drinks hot for a long time and is very comfortable to drink from while driving. It doesn't need much effort or attention to open or close which is great. I purchased it for Christmas as a gift and after couple months of using everything is just great. Highly recommend.

This bottle is very lightweight. It is leakproof. I fill it with ice and water/juice then toss it in my backpack. I don’t have to worry about it leaking the liquid in my backpack. I love it!
