I can never sleep when I am sick and I am so paranoid when taking meds as I am on some special ones but this did not interact at all. The dosage was easy and dissolved quickly! I am not sure about the price as I hit it as a sample but I would buy this again it helped me rest

Who knows if it was the Zicam or a coincidence but worth a try for sure. Easy to take, just dissolve in your mouth. Dissolved easily and tasted like orange. A little hard to get the tablet out of the package.

The orange citrus taste is mild and is not long lasting. Waiting 15 min to drink water is not a hard task for results. I like that the packaging comes with both a day and night option.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zicam Rapidmelts is a life changer for many people who can’t swallow the pills. Take One tablet every 2-3 hours and you will feel better the next day. That is what happens to me! Tablet melts fast and while it still in the mouth you can taste it light fruity flavors. The only thing that in the package is 20 tablets for daytime and only 5 for the night. Like my daughter and I got sick the same time, so nighttime tablets was enough only for two nights.

I do wish that it came with more product in the packaging as some sicknesses last longer than others. I didn’t really notice any side effects so that was a plus.

I had come down with the very beginning signs of sinus congestion, a gnawing tickle in my throat, and a general feeling of unwellness - all symptoms associated with a common cold. As soon as I noticed those symptoms, I immediately slipped a daytime Rapidmelt under my tongue and just let it dissolve in my mouth. It has a bright orange citrus flavor. Within 15 minutes, I felt completely better. After about two hours, I noticed my symptoms return, so as instructed on the product directions, I took another one. I proceeded to do this about every two and a half hours until bedtime. At bedtime I took the nighttime Rapidmelt. This one tasted like a berry flavor.. it was pleasant enough. I couldn't believe the next morning when I woke up and all my symptoms were gone. I've never experienced that before with a cold medicine, and certainly not a holistic one. I was really skeptical about this, not believing it was really going to work. But it actually did! I love that it's a natural treatment and not filled with a bunch of chemicals. Unlike a lot of cold medicines, it doesn't have any nasty side-effects. I didn't feel groggy the next day at all. It claims to stop a cold in its tracks and for me, it certainly did.

I have been given him cough syrup and other over-the-counter meds and then realized that we had this package of Zicam available. He wanted to try it and has said that it has really helped his symptoms to be less severe. It’s easy to dissolve in his mouth, but he did mention that it makes your mouth taste weird for about 15 minutes, so the only side effect would be not to eat something right after taking it. As a adult with not the greatest near vision my only feedback is that it is difficult to see from the packaging, which is the nighttime pill and which is the daytime pill. There is a litte moon on the back of the evening pills but that seems to be the only difference. In general, this is a great product and we would highly recommend it if you’re starting to feel sick.

Not a fan of doing that when my throat hurts. What I really like about this pack is having both the Original and Nighttime options. I'm always worried about taking stuff that keeps me awake when I want to sleep. The nighttime one is gentle too. I can’t say it magically cures a cold, but it helps symptoms which is always good to prevent issues. Consistency seems good too.
