Uses

■ temporarily relieves nasal congestion due to: ■ the common cold ■ hay fever ■ upper respiratory allergies ■ temporarily relieves sinus congestion and pressure ■ helps clear nasal passages ■ shrinks swollen membranes

Directions

Directions ■ adults and children 6 to under 12 years of age (with adult supervision): 2 or 3 sprays in each nostril not more often than every 10 to 12 hours. Do not exceed 2 doses in any 24-hour period. ■ children under 6 years of age: ask a doctor To use pump: ■ to open, hold the actuator to squeeze and turn cap ■ hold with thumb at bottom of bottle and nozzle between fingers ■ before using the first time, prime pump by depressing several times ■ place tip of nozzle just past nasal opening (approximately 1/8") ■ pump 2 or 3 times in each nostril without tilting your head. Sniff deeply. ■ wipe nozzle clean after use ■ to close, turn cap until it 'clicks'

    Great short term use.

    This is magic. The only issue is that a few doctors I spoke with said if you use it too often you’ll make it worse. They said no more than 2-3 days total. So it’s really for emergency use only I’d say. But cleared up a complete blockage for me within minutes. Lasted multiple hours.

    Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief 12 Hour With Aloe

    I've been suffering from terrible sinus headaches. A friend of mine had an extra bottle of Zicam so I tried it. It cleared my nasal passages up in about 5 minutes and relieved the pressure from my sinuses. Only side effect was sneezing a few times. Definitely recommend if you are suffering from sinus pressure congestion.

One sniff of this Zicam Extreme Congestion Relief cleared my sinuses immediately! It made it so much easier to sleep at night, as I didn’t have to keep turning and shifting my stuffy nose from side to side. If you follow the instructions well, then you won’t get that horrible taste in your mouth that you often get with nasal sprays.

The packaging gives good information regarding instructions and how to use. The scent is very lite to almost non existent, but I did catch a whiff of Aloe Vera. I'm normally scared to use nasal spray but this applicator was gentle. I immediately felt relief and it stayed that way throughout the day. I will definitely be purchasing this product again once it runs out.
