Yummy in my tummy.

Great Flavor!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Made this and added andouille sausage to it. It was a great addition. I was hesitant because I had tried a boxed rice mix before and it was way too salty. So much so it had to be thrown out. This dirty rice mixture wasn't too salty, and was still extremely flavorful. Everyone enjoyed it and requested I make it again in the future. It was easy and quick to prepare even with the added sausage so I definitely will make it again..

Great starter for "Filthy rice"
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm from Louisiana so I usually make these dishes from scratch, but I make something called filthy rice and this is a great base for it. It's basically just adding extra ingredients. I like it chunky. I start with the "Holy Trinity"(onion, bell pepper, celery) add garlic, and mushrooms, basically anything your tummy desires. So delicious!

Delicious easy meal

It something we generally eat in my family, however we tried this dinner mix with ground beef and it was a hit. It was flavorful and filling. It's defiantly something we will be adding to the dinner rotation at our house.

Easy and delicious

Zatarain's Dirty Rice was super easy to make and is perfect for quick weeknight meal when you don't have a lot of time to cook. I made it with ground turkey for my family of 4. It contains a little bit of corn and peppers and just the right amount of spice. I've used Zatarain's rice products before as well as Rice-a-Roni and this was really tasty and the family loved it!

Wouldn't buy

So Good & Easy!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually try making my own lazy version of red beans & rice, but I can never get the spices quite right. Zatatain's makes it so simple! The flavor was delicious, & all I had to add was meat & water. Everyone in my family enjoyed it, I would definitely recommend. I will say, if you're serving this as the main course, the 4.5 servings listed on the box is not enough to feed a family of 4 or 5. I would recommend 2-3 boxes for it to make an entree for a family.

So easy, my teenager made it!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Thanks, Zatarain's for the FREE Dirty rice! We are always scrambling to make some sort of dinner when the kids' activities are in full-swing. Tonight, our teenager decided to help make dinner menu. She chose smoked sausage and saw my box of Dirty Rice on the counter and decided it would go perfectly together. She was right. She helped with dinner and agreed it was super easy to make and it got thumbs up from most of the family —picky 11 year old was a "meh". I was just happy not to have to have another night of drive-thru garbage and had a quick and easy side ready to make at home. Going to buy this one again and try the other Zatarain's rices as well to add for some quick home-cooked meal options for our busy schedule.

Red beans & Rice
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Zatarain's red beans and rice tasted amazing! It made me feel as if I was back in New Orleans. The spices were on point. Very nice aroma and texture. I added chopped sausage in mine and the family loved it. No leftovers left. We all throughly enjoyed our red beans and rice meal. A keeper for sure!

Makes a great meal.

I added peppers, onions and celery, as recommended on the package and served it with smoked sausage and shrimp and it was a delicious dinner. The only thing that I could possibly say about it is the beans. Don't get very tender even with the maximum amount of time to be cooked.

Easy yummy dinner!

Some of the beans seems like they were a little hard and might have needed a little longer cooking but other than that it was so good! Would get again!
