As Simple as Sliced Bread

I really like the Zassenhaus Bread Slicer. I bake bread in my pullman bread pan every 4-5 days. I am always trying to cut the perfect slice for the toaster and by hand one end would always be thicker and one end thinner. With the Zassenhaus Bread Slicer all ends are even so the toast doesn't burn. Plus my sandwiches are symmetrical. The Zassenhaus Bread Slicer has suction cups on the bottom of the cutting board and the slicer is very sturdy. Highly recommend.

Worth the price if you make your own bread

We make sourdough bread ("boule" shaped) and had been using a break knife to slice for years. Decided even with the high price tag to give the Zassenhaus a try. This slicer is so much easier to use with fresh (rested for an hour) through old crunchy bread. We have had it for almost 3 weeks, no complaints.

Exactly as I remember

It seems to have a smaller footprint then I remember , but that’s actually great :+1: takes up less space on my counter . It’s so easy to use and works perfectly. Just push your bread fast enough so it doesn’t get stuck on the handle . Use some momentum… and the slices come out super even . Just a simple awesome machine. the price would be your only complaint… but I was able to use a coupon from Lehmans and that worked out for me . Thank you blessings to you all
