The quality is not there.
I brought this item twice. The first package one of the handles were missing/broken piece to lock into the board. I really loved the color and I wanted it badly so I returned it and brought another. The second package the board was worse. It was dented, the knee padding was dented. I went to use it once and the board got stuck moving up and down. It went up but not back down. I returned both of them because it was not good quality and caused a lot of disappointment.

Missing a couple key features
Unlike most pilates boards, this one doesn't have a way for the handles to connect the sliding pieces (only at the top of the board). It also doesn't have a way to link the two sliding pieces. Other at-home reformers have these features for certain workouts. Wish I realized this before buying. Other than that, it works as expected.
