Plastic cracked from shipping

Seems like an okay bike for the price. Unfortunately it arrived with the plastic cracked on the main frame. Which is disappointing when purchasing this item new. Packaging needs improvement for shipping through FedEx. It’s quite a big item (72 lbs) to just bring to the store or repackage to send back as a return so that’s a hassle.
