Q: How is the mat strap used? It only has D rings on one end. Also in the product video she describes it as a “stretching” tool but on the box it says it’s a mat strap.

A: I have been trying so hard to find a way to use the mat strap to carry my mat! I realized it is for stretching but it said mat strap 😭😭😭
