Cheap and broke in two weeks

Broke after two weeks of regular use. Handle no longer retracts fully and belt holds no tension for first half of pull. Their customer support is not helpful on fixing it or replacing it while still under warranty. Will look to get a refund from target or will end up disputing the charge.
