Disappointed, but still usable

I would first like to note a misleading description that this crate is "easy to fold". It does not fold at all and has to be put together with "IKEA" style picture directions. That was frustrating because one of the main reasons I chose this particular crate was for the "easy fold". Once put together, the frame seems sturdy. Time will tell if the latch locks hold up to a Great Dane crate houdini. I wish the latches were a little more heavy duty. The bottom piece is (in my opinion) not safe for a dog's feet, nor if they wear a collar. Paws and collars could get caught too easily. To circumvent this, I used a thick blanket and two washable pee pads on top. With the right expectations, I would recommend this crate. However, if you are looking at this crate specifically for a strong dog who has escaped everything else, I would recommend looking for a different one that might be stronger.
