A: No. I am 5'3" and wear an XL or XXL and these are not too long.

A: I am 5'5" and wear 2x typically (3x if pants are cut slimmer or have zero stretch). I'm used to pants being too long. These come to the bottom of my shoes. They might drag if I have a shoe with a very thin sole, but they do not get stuck under my shoes and I haven't noticed tgem dragging. I am in love with these pants.
