SO much lint. I really wanted to love this, but it came covered in polyester fibers. I’d assume from the “fill”. Doesn’t look nice and makes me worry that it won’t hold up in the wash.

Wanted to love it

I love the look of this jacket and I love the material. I initially ordered it in my normal size Large. However, it’s pretty boxy and oversized and was creating a weird flare in the back (think side view of Flats from SpongeBob) if unbuttoned which is how I would wear it. I then ordered a Medium hoping it would create a more fitted look but it still flared in the back. In the photo, I am wearing the Medium size. I ended up returning both sizes. If this isn’t something that would bother you, then I would absolutely recommend this jacket.

Great for the sale price, good quality, boxy fit

The quality of this jacket is fantastic for the sale price. I took a star off for the collar which isn’t the same quality as the rest of the jacket. the collar is like a faux corduroy which just seems cheap and flimsy. The jacket has a great weight and fill for warmer days. The outer fabric is nice and thick. The inner fabric is smooth and soft. Added bonus that it’s 100% cotton material (polyester fill, but that’s fine). It has a boxy masculine fit so just be aware if that’s not the style you like. It hits nicely at the top of the hip and I like that. It’s not cropped, just not a long waisted jacket. I personally really love the rich chocolate brown color. I sized up for a looser fit (for plenty of room for a sweater but could have gotten away with my actual size and it would have been a nice fitted look. I must say the sleeves are in the shorter side. They hit below my wrists by about 1 1/2 inches, so take that into account when selecting your size
