Q: What does this come with, and will it hold a 9 x 13 pan? Does it have a dedicated air fry setting?

Because the depth is 13.40", leaving little extra space behind the pan, depending on the pan’s handles the fit might be tight (especially front-to-back). It also includes a dedicated Air Fry mode. Great oven

Been using this oven for 2 years and it has all but made our regular oven obsolete. We love the oven until it stopped working just a few days ago. After researching it seems reliability is an issue. Wish we still had it but can't reinvest if its only going to last 2 years.

Bought it few weeks ago and loving it, the steaming function works wonderful as well as the air fryer. I only wish that it has more than one pan, it only has one pan and don't know if I can buy another one. Great product and now I just ordered the ice cream machine, hope it is as great as the oven.

wow. fabulous cooking machine

I already own a Cusinart which works alright but I always struggled with capacity. You can barely put two slices of toast or a small dish. This on the other hand can fit an entire chicken plus some. If you are cooking for a a family this is by far the superior steam oven. It works as well as any built in steam oven and you can move this around as needed. I plan on taking this to our summer home and using it daily.
