    My COPD and NAC

    Before starting on NAC I was experiencing exacerbations related to my copd. The plugs were getting thicker and thicker making it difficult to cough up phlegm. Since starting on NAC the plugs have gotten a lot thinner and I rarely cough up a plug. I still have to use my Breztri twice a day but its the NAC that has made a world of difference.

    Good Value, Good Product

    As a pharmacist, I am always pretty skeptical about supplements because most are unnecessary. However, NAC is a drug I am very familiar with and see a lot of promise for, so to have it be available from a family owned company who focuses on clean ingredients and third party testing, while also providing their products at an affordable and reasonable price is huge. Always discuss nutritional supplementation with your doctor/provider/pharmacist first!

    Changed ingredients to add fillers.

    I don't like that they changed the formula to include rice flour now. It was fine the way it was. When I asked why they said it's to make the capsules fuller in appearance bc ppl complained the capsule wasn't full. Here's an idea. Use a smaller size capsule. Don't fill the formula with nonsense.

    Relieved a post COVID Cough of 8 Months!

    After a week and a half of taking this, my son's cough was gone that he had for 8 months after having COVID. I was blown away. I also noticed an improvement in my respiratory function while training in the gym on this. One pill a day and it's great!

    Stopped taking it after 3 days

    I’ve heard so many good things about using this to help PCOS symptoms. I was so excited to try it. Three days in and I’m having chest pains with palpitations, twitching in my eyes, and I get moments of severe dizziness. I’ve never had this kind of reaction to any supplement. Not taking again and will have to throw the bottle away. Not worth it.

    Amazingly Helpful for Chronic Pain!

    I have fibromyalgia and I'm always on the lookout for ways to support and help my body function/feel better. I had heard that NAC was a powerful antioxidant which could take some stress off the body soothe the nervous system and boy does it ever! I take two capsules per day, one in the morning and one at night, and I have found it to be super supportive and helpful. I have more energy and fewer bad days now :)

    A must have!

    NAC is now part of my daily suppliments because it has help control my PCOS symptoms. I just love everything about Wholesome supplements to help control my PCOS. Another I can not run out of is Myo & D-Chiro Inositol! Company is also great at shipping even when I have had question I email them and they answer promptly.
