Assembly

Assembly is extremely difficult even with two people, and does require the use of power tools despite what instructions say. The holes on these boards are just guidelines of where holes should be, you will need a drill to assemble this. It's also not fast at all and will take at least a day of your time.

Very unhappy about customer service.

I wouldn’t even give it one star. It was missing 4 parts. And one of the parts has a chunk missing out of the corner. So now, due to someone else’s error, I have to get these incredibly heavy boxes back down stairs and load them in my car and unload them at a UPS store to get my money back. I had to pay someone to bring them in my house and up the stairs. I’m so frustrated and disappointed.

Never recieved the item

Ordered it for my nursery. Never received the item. When I requested a refund, I was denied so I had to dispute the charge with my bank. Overall experience, will never order furniture from Target again.
