Q: What is happening to your new fresh scent travel packs in the red package? They are very stiff and have no moisture. Also leave white specks after use. Not at all like they used to be.

Q: Is this really HSA/FSA eligible? I tried to file for reimbursement and got rejected. I think only those wipes that can prevent COVID-19 and has at least 60% alcohol is covered

The manufacture date can be determined by the LOT code stamped on the pack of the package. The first 2 digits represent the year and they next 3 digits represent the day on the Julian calendar.
