About the Author
Cary Cooper is Professor of Organizational Psychology and Health at Alliance Manchester Business School, a global expert on workplace wellbeing. Founding President of the British Academy of Management and Chair of the National Forum for Health & Wellbeing at Work, he has advised the WHO, ILO and WEF. Knighted for services to social sciences, he is a frequent media commentator.
Ian Hesketh is an Organizational Psychologist and co-founder of the UK National Police Wellbeing Service, research wellbeing, resilience and leadership. A Fellow of the CMI and RSA, he holds honorary roles at Manchester, Durham, Lancaster and the Open University.
