Press the buttons with pictures of Bluey, her family and friends to hear phrases about each one. Voice activation lets children chat with Bluey and Bingo for interactive pretend play. Change the ringtone, brightness and more, just like a real phone. Play four games that feature themes from different episodes. If Bingo is in a bad mood, cheer her up by pressing the number buttons to play music she can dance to. Use the arrow buttons to help Bingo do a handstand. When Bluey pretends to be a fruit bat, press the arrows to help her catch fruit to eat. Help Bluey blow bubbles by blowing into the microphone. Intended for ages 3-6 years. Requires 2 AAA batteries. Q: Very disappointed. Why can't you raise the volume? We can't hear it unless we place it next to our ear. Waste of money.

A: Thanks for reaching out to us. We are so sorry to hear of the issue you are having. The first thing to try is to change the batteries. According to Toy safety standard ASTM F963-17, toys that may be placed close to the ear cannot exert sound levels above 65 dB(A) when measured at 50cm to ensure the safety of a child's ears and hearing. This toy was developed to adhere to these standards.
