Our product formulas change from time to time so we encourage consumers to check both the ingredient list and Contains statement each time they purchase a product in case a formulation has changed. Since wheat is a major food allergen, if it is used in the product it will be listed in the "contains" statement following the ingredients list. If any ingredient in the product includes rye or barley, it will be listed in parentheses immediately following the ingredient. If our product has a gluten-free claim, you can be assured that our product meets the FDA regulation published in 2013 regarding gluten-free claims. We ensure compliance with this regulation, which requires that any product making a gluten-free claim contains less than 20 ppm of gluten. Since our product brands are constantly growing and changing we do not have a gluten-free product list. As you can imagine, it is difficult to keep an accurate list. Perfect Salty Snack
I like Vlasic Original dill pickles. The whole size dill is an excellent fat free snack. Perfectly salty but not too much these add flavor to salads and sandwiches. A good crisp dill pickle.

So delicious!
This is my family's favorite pickles. I have to say; between my 7 year old & my husband, I can't keep a jar in the refrigerator or cabinet. They wipe a jar out in 2 days, sometimes 3 days. Occasionally, I get some; which, I like to chop up into my salads. They stay crisp all the way to the last bite. I wish they would sale a larger jar size. Hint-Hint! 😊

change in recipe?
This was my all time favorite pickle. Sometime in the last few months there must have been a change in the recipe. I opened a jar and it had a distinct barnyard odor. So i thought it was a bad batch. I opened another jar this week and the same; I can only conclude the recipe is changed. Perhaps there is a contingent of folks who like the new taste (as I assume it was taste tested). I am not one of those and am sad I need to find a new brand of pickles.

NEED THESE
Where are THEY??!!! The original whole dill are favorite pickles of all time. I have been eating these since I was a child, but I can't find them anywhere. The stores will say they have them, but it's always just kosher ones. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD LET ME BUY SOME DIRECT OR SOMETHING.

Half pickle with torn end.
I buy the kosher dill whole pickles quite regularly. I have noticed that often there is a half a pickle included that has a torn end. Very unappetizing. Otherwise Vlasic is my favourite brand.

What in the world happened to this company. I have loved pickles all my life. But this crap you are selling now is not edible. Mushy disgusting pickles. I cant believe how far your quality as gone. This is so sad to see, i used to live by your pickles but I threw away my entire jar because they were horrible. Smh Vlasic, you lost my respect and I will never buy a product from you again. I dont see your company remaining in business selling this trash.

My mom bought it for me. I was so happy they were in my house and I tried them, but they were so good and you know what it said on the container thing a very crunchy and that’s true sometimes when stuff say stuff like that, it’s not true. The review is a little wrong, but I love them so much I should not be writing a review. I am only in fourth grade now 2025.

From the best to inedible.
Taste was off, slightly more bitter, and the pickles were very tough. Honestly this jar was completely inedible. Was my favorite pickle till recently.

Post run snack
I use these to replenish my salt intake after a run. Much better than the drinks with a bunch of sugar and coloring. They always stay crunchy even after I’ve had them for a little while.

Oval is oval
My daughter was just at the store searching for an OVAL dill pickle that she previously purchased. I noticed in the reviews that someone else mentioned the same thing. What is sold as an oval chip is not oval at all!! That is very misleading and frustrating. My family has been buying Vlasic products since I can remember; probably the 1950’s. An aunt of mine had a farm in Hemlock, Michigan and sold her pickles to the Vlasic factory in Bridgeport, Michigan. I don’t want to change unless I make them myself.

The Pickle that changed everything
Move over, Michelangelo’s David. Step aside, the Mona Lisa’s smile. For I have gazed upon the emerald perfection of a Vlasic Original Dill Whole Pickle, and I have known divinity. When I unscrewed that jar, the air hummed with electricity. A briny perfume of destiny and dill wafted forth, tickling my nostrils like angels whispering secrets of flavor. My taste buds began a slow clap in anticipation. And then oh, sweet cucumber comet of joy… I bit in. The crunch echoed through space-time, surely alerting the pickle gods that one of their creations had found its true disciple. The vinegar tang tangoed with the garlic and dill, performing a waltz of pure, unhinged ecstasy upon my tongue. I swear I heard a choir of seagulls harmonizing. If love had a texture, it would be the perfect snap of a Vlasic Original Dill Whole Pickle. If romance had a flavor, it would be that vinegary zing mixed with tunafish that makes your eyes water and your soul ascend. conclusion: I would give this pickle 6 out of 5 stars, my eternal devotion, and possibly my Netflix password.

I just bought this jar of vlasic ovals hamburger Dill Chips. They tasted funny!! To my surprise there is TURMERIC in it. If your going to put this stuff in, Please put it on your labels in big letters!!! I've been eating pickles all my life but this past January 2025 pickles craving has been worst. The pickles are helping me with my sugar for some reason. Im sorry but I just love my pickles the way there suppose to taste!!! DILL only.
