Quieter but not great for smoothies
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received the Vitamix VX1 blender free for my review and really had high hopes. Unfortunately i was disappointed with how it handled frozen fruit. It struggled to blend well without constant stopping, stirring and adding more and more liquid. I’m sure it works well work fresh produce but not great for my morning smoothie. I will say it’s not as loud as most blenders.

i there. We are sorry to hear you are not enjoying your Vitamix. You should not have to stop it to push down ingredients. If ingredients are not freely circulating, the tamper can be used to improve the flow of food. While the machine is running and with the lid firmly in place, insert the tamper through the lid plug opening and begin working it in the four corners of the container. As the food travels around the side of the container, the tamper directs it right into the blades. If there is an air pocket around the blade, the tamper will release the air pocket and create a continuous flow of food through the blades. Also, you will want to check your speed. When starting the machine, make sure the Variable Speed Dial is turned to 1(or, the ‘Stop’ position). Turn the machine on and turn the Variable Speed Dial from 1 to the highest speed your Vitamix has within five seconds. The Vitamix machine performs best on High speed to pulverize food and process thick mixtures. If you are still having trouble, please call us at 1-800-848-2649, we would love to give you more tips on how to blend with Vitamix!

This is a win!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow just wow. The blades quickly pulverized anything I put in it. The machine is strong and sturdy. I didn't feel like it was going to spill anything. The lid stays firmly on. It was easy to clean as well. It includes instructions and a how to guide. I hope I can start making more green smoothies but I am not there yet. But with this blender, I can surly be able to add more greens to my diet.

Perfect blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a powerful blender easy to use for so many different things. We have made frozen coffee shakes even made fruit smoothies. It’s easy to use and clean after each use . I like how it’s the perfect size and portable. I’d recommend getting one our family loves the blender .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don’t really hate this blender but definitely not worth the price. It’s made very well but the motion seems somewhat delayed. It was a first and easy setup which is a plus.

Strong and efficient
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is such a strong blender! I'm used to cheap ones ha. It blends stuff quickly and efficiently. I haven't had a chance to fully test out everything it can do, but I'm excited to see it's full potential. We've mainly used it for smoothies. It also has a nice cleaning function which is great in getting the blender cleaned quickly.

Blends effortlessly
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a really good blender. Blended up frozen fruit without a problem. The only reason I have 4 stars is that it is so big. It takes up a lot of counter space. Easy to use though and not too loud. Happy with it and the fruit smoothie program it has.

Powerful and mighty
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow! This vitamix blender is not only huge, but also powerful. The large size allows you to blend larger quantities and is still great for smaller items like protein shakes. It leaves you with such a smooth consistency so you don’t worry about suddenly gulping a large chunk of fruit or ice. The washing feature was just the cherry on top!

I Feel so Fancy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my Vitamix VX1 blender. I feel so fancy making smoothies. It blended everything perfectly without leaving chunks, not even little bitty ones. When I make ice cream in it, I don't need to churn it. This blender whips up all the ingredients on its own. Don't forgot about its clean cycle! It makes cleanup no stress.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved this upgrade. I have always heard great things about the Vitamix brand, so I am grateful to be able to try it out. Left such a smooth consistency, my old blender could never! The size is just right to be able to store in my cabinets - great quality container and blades. I was pleasantly surprised by the washing feature. After I was don’t I just added some water and soap to the bottom and turned on the feature. I think that is the worst of using my old blender, clean up. Vitamix makes it super easy by just adding warm water and soap and let the process take place. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to replace/upgrade their blender.

Amazing quality!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Wow what an upgrade this product is from my last blender. Cuts through frozen vegetables with ease and makes delicious smoothies! Since getting this I have been having smoothies daily. I love the pulse option to really help break up tougher pieces. Makes it easy to set and walk away. Plan to use this and see how it works for multiple different things such as soup making.

Amazing blender
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product, as vitamix is known to be the top of the line for blenders. Upon first use it’s clear this is user friendly, easy to use and effective. This quickly and smoothly blended frozen fruits and vegetables to make a perfect smoothie. Cleaning is a breeze as well, as you’re able to place it in the dishwasher. I can’t wait to use this for years to come.

Amazing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Vitamix VX1 is a powerful, heavy duty appliance that truly delivers. I’ve been using it regularly since I got it in the mail to make protein shakes, and it blends everything effortless and smoothly. It’s extremely easy to use and durable! My only small complaint is that I wish the container was made out of glass instead of plastic, but that doesn’t take away from how amazing overall this blender is! It’s a high quality product that performs extremely well! Worth every penny!
