Love the flavor and how much it helps!

Sometimes I feel jittery trying pre workout. Vitathority does not have me feel that way! It is perfect for my NYC marathon training! It keeps me hydrated and helps me feel strong enough on my speed and long runs!

Pre workout

Finally just got in the mail, the flavor isn’t strong almost like flavored water? Not sweet so that’s good I used it with about 10oz of water before workout. The beta alanine definitely gave me that weird tingly feeling. But I felt pumped ? Like ready to go hopefully it wasn’t in my head haha
