Its alright

It’s a good chair, not hard to assemble. My only notes are that the leg rest is kind of awkward to pull out and the bars that hold it in place under the seat kind of get in the way of the pedals used to raise the seat/recline it. The cables will require a solution as well since they hang on the same side as the pedals. Also the massage is exactly as described it’s a vibration. If you’re looking for a massage that actually massages your back I would look elsewhere. Overall I’m happy with it but would love to see an upgraded version that massages deeper/ provides a heat function.

Uncomfortable Protruding Massage Mechanisms In Seat Cushion

I wanted to love this seat so badly. It's really cute and I love the reclining factor and I loved the IDEA of the massager... However, after trying this chair for the past 2 weeks I cannot force myself to keep it no matter how cute. The problem is one of the main selling points for me, the massager. The mechanisms that are in the seat protrude out so badly and cause paint points after sitting for only a minute or two. I purchased a seperate seat cushion to see if I could get it to improve the comfortability and it sat too high. I then decided that no matter how cute the whole purpose of a new chair was comfortability and finally requested a return. Now I have to haul it into the store to get a refund-how fun

Comfort, and the quiet wheels are amazing.

I love the chair it's a 5 star to me, my husband also loves it because my office is ups stairs and I roll all over the place, and after the first time up there he said to before I even finished getting downstairs and he said that he loves them because he couldn't here me any more. FIVE STAR CHAIR

Nice office chair

This is a very nice comfy office chair. I like the movable lumbar support with 6 massage points for back pain relief. Cushion is very soft and supportive good for sitting for a long time. Would recommend this brand (Vinsetto). Assemble is easy.

Very nice looking chair easy to assemble. After I dissembled the linkage that operated it, the chair was fine and very comfortable at my computer desk for long sessions. Reclines nicely whin I turn around and watch tv.

He loves it!

We own a computer consulting company. And my husband spends many hours working at his computer. With his bad back he's in a lot of pain. And is so bent over because of his office chair. This chair is AWESOME!! He immediately noticed a difference. And he LOVES that it has a massage feature!!! It was easy to put together too. Oh and did I mention how nice looking it is?!?!?!
