Love, love, love my chair!
Bought this chair for the heat and massage as well as the fabric and reclining feature with lumbar support for my office. I’m using it as a demo and so far three other coworkers have purchased the product.

Squeaky

Great Chair.. one downside
Shipping was fast. Overall, the chair is fantastic. I love the heating and massage features. The fabric is made well. The only thing is the back of the chair and seating part don’t meet up when it’s put together. There is a gap. It may just be my chair I’m not sure. But that’s the only thing I don’t like.

I ordered this chair for my wife who works from hone 10 hrs a day. Her last chair was very uncomfortable and caused her pain to sit that long. So I bought this chair back in December and she has had atleast three weeks of sitting in it. I sat I. It last night and am so disappointed how uncomfortable it is. It was hard and no longer a soft cushion. It doesn’t cause her pain like the last one but now we need to buy a cushion for padding. And a chair being a 4-500$ hundred dollar chair, I’d expect it to be padded and comfortable for more than three weeks. So very disappointed. I do NOT recommend. However it was hard to find a chair that was ergonomic, had heating and vibration. Which all work well. Also the chair came with no instructions and took longer to get here than estimated.

Putting the chair together was easy although the directions are very sparse. However, the back of the chair is rigidly fixed and will not move in any direction. We have upended the chair but have yet to determine the cause. The back adjust button has no effect. Because of this problem I wouldn't recommend this brand.

I was amazed even I could put it together!
When the box arrived and I opened it, my heart sank because of the assembly required. Then I followed the instructions (there might have even been a video reference, I don't recall). In no time it was working and I was laying back with my heated massage on. I work from home and spend the majority of my day in the chair. It's awesome - supportive, comfortable, durable, happily part of my office furniture. ;-)

Great function, easy to assemble
I got this chair for my office. It was easy to assemble - only took me 15-20 minutes and the instructions are easy to understand. The heat function is a good level, not as hot as heated seats in a car (which I find too hot sometimes). The massage options are great.

Not bad to assemble. I don't like how the wires hang down everywhere (the connection to the power source, the remote is fine in its pocket). The massage and heat make up for some of it.

Good cloth office chair
I can't stand PU leather chairs, so I wanted something like this, a nice cloth office chair. Padding is firm, but I can't feel the plywood through it, so that's good (I'm 5'11/155lbs) Armrests are great, a solid inch of padding, but they don't fold up despite looking like they should be able to. The heating feature is nice. Reclining is easy with a simple button on the side of the chair. Overall it's decent.

I love my chair, but!
The chair is the right height and the comfort level for me is a 10 compared to the last 2 chairs I purchase in the last 2 years. The instructions was spot on when it came to putting chair together...all parts was available for the install. I love my chair but, I am having a hard time not running over the electrical cord to the message pad...there're not no Clamps or guide for power cable to tuck, store or fold cable away from seating wheels. Yes I love the storage pouch for the message key pad.

This chair is nothing like the ad makes it seem. The massage feature does not work and this item is just an overpriced office chair. It’s not even nice material and the stitching is already peeling out. The chair is way too firm and uncomfortable to sit on.

Great chair for the price!
It was rather easy to assemble. The quality is good, and feels right. I'm in a tight space (small 30" table) but this works perfectly for my need. The massage feature is a nice bonus, as this chair alone is worth the price. I really don't have much to complain about. This deserves 5 stars!

You get your money worth
This chair is a pretty decent chair. I like to sit cross legged and the way the arms are open on the one side makes this easy. I am short so I find the seat to be a little deep for me and I have to slouch. I do really like the heat and massage options, I am always cold so this is a nice perk.
