Flimsy and not refundable

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. It was floppy and flimsy. Tipped over with the slightest nudge. I bought it for my classroom, but it was a waste of money because when I tried to return it at my local Target store, they wouldn’t because it was a third party vendor. Spoke to Guest Relations and they offered me a $15 gift card; not even the $40 I paid for the tree. I left the tree at the store and left. What a waste of time and money. Very disappointed in Target.

6 ft VidaXL Christmas tree

Item delivered 3 days late (took 6 days to get here, not the 3 days it said when I ordered it) & it looks nothing like in the Target picture...smaller tree (it's close to the 6 ft. height, but not very wide or full) & smaller stand than what the picture shows. It was for my children's Christmas decorating party at church with their youth group (20+ teens) & it did NOT arrive on time. I would have ordered elsewhere, had I known how late it would arrive. I ordered in plenty of time, so shipping delays shouldn't have been a factor. We kept the tree & my kids decorated it by themselves (without their friends), when it finally arrived this week. I had contacted Target representatives, twice, & FedEx last week, & no one could expedite this tree (even when I offered to pay a fee) or compensate me for all of my trouble just trying to get this item on time. Soon after I ordered it, it said it was going to be delayed (red flag right there), so I had started contacting people to try & get it here on time. The delivery date changed 3 TIMES. I'm writing this lengthy review in hopes that someone else won't have so much trouble with getting their item shipped to them ON TIME & they won't be expecting the tree that the picture shows online at Target.
