I’m giving it a 4 because we used it a only few times today for the first time so far it’s pretty easy. Depending how it holds up but for now we are very happy with the purchase. My mom is older she’s adjusting to it but I feel with it becoming a routine she will get used to it. We had a coil 2 burner before this purchase which had knobs to adjust the temperature it only lasted about a year. We hope this one lasts a bit longer plus no coils with spills. Sizing is great which we love definitely way more space for cooking feels secure, no tipping over. My mom has a very old stove she doesn’t want to give away not in usage so there’s no room for a regular stove so this is the best alternative. It’s also powered through a regular outlet in the kitchen.
