Not sure if this particular item was a one off

I wanted to love this! Typical sizing for me is medium to large and I ordered a medium. Sleeve length settled around 3/4 length vs full long sleeves and the coat itself is truly way oversized for a medium. It’s a shame as the fabric is super soft and cozy and looks like would hold up with great quality wear after wear.
