Sofa is comfortable

This sofa is very comfortable and well made, with a soft fabric and a nice, modern look that matches the pictures. Although I encountered a small issue during use, the seller was very patient and responsive, and took the time to help resolve the problem properly. That really made a difference and showed great customer service. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would consider buying from this seller again. I would also recommend it to others. Missing Items

Really disappointed in Target and your association with 3rd parties. The order has missing items. Upon calling, Target is not able to reach 3rd party and asking us to return the couch in person at the store since it can no longer fit into the box it came in due to inflation. It was for a special occassion and it messed up the plans and on top wasted so much effort on our part to return it. No empathy, no compensation, that's not the Target we know.
