It is what is is

I intentionally bought this sofa because it might be a temporary piece. I saw the price and was like “sold!” Then after I ordered, I saw some of the negative reviews and started to panic. Honestly, it’s not the worst couch in the world- definitely not the best. For the price, for the style, it’s worth it. If you spend countless hours sitting on the couch, maybe not the comfiest, but again: it is what it is

Despite the bad reviews, it is genuinely a good couch. I have had it for a month now, and it has gotten better everyday. It does need some extra fluffing after you take it out. But after that it is really comfortable. I honestly recommend it, they responded extremely fast when one of the boxes didn’t arrive with the first 2. It is a beautiful color and honestly perfect cream/white.

False Advertisement & Horrible Experience

This couch is nothing like what’s shown or described online total false advertisement. The quality is absolutely terrible; it looks and feels cheap, and the cushions don’t even hold their shape. To make things worse, the return process was one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with a store. I had to argue just to get my return accepted, deal with unhelpful customer service, and spend extra money on a rental truck just to return it. I wouldn’t recommend this couch to anyone. Target should really reconsider working with this seller the product and the entire experience were outrageous from start to finish.

Honestly if I could give this 0 stars, I would. This looks absolutely nothing like the photo. The cushions are so uncomfortable and don’t firm up. The back rests are so flimsy and uncomfortable. The actual sectional is poorly made, and looks extremely cheap. The color looked almost pee stained. Not worth even $100 lol

Do Not Buy

I bought this couch based off of the amazing reviews, ratings, and the description of the product from the manufacturer. “High-density padding upholstery and high elasticity springs allow you to sink deep into it,” was a description that unfortunately does not fit what I received. The cushions are extremely hard and not comfortable, and there is no way one can sink into it. The back cushions are so thin and flimsy that I feel the wooden back of the sofa whenever I sit down. The sofa can only be returned in the original packaging, which will be a pain to fit every individual part into perfectly, after having assembled the whole couch. Unfortunately, I believe this was a case of false advertising and very disappointed in what I received.
