Misleading but still good
A little misleading but they taste great! My mix only made 7 cake pops, but I didn’t want a super tiny one so that may be why. The directions were great but I wish it had been made clear to dip the cake pop into the icing and then directly into the sprinkles before they hardened.

Not worth it
Just buy a box of Betty Crocker and a tub of icing and do it yourself. The cake barely has a flavor and this icing mix wasn’t enough to actually moisten the cake to get them to stick in a ball shape. The candy wafers had a weird taste to them, but I liked the actual cake flavor.

missing items
I bought this item a few weeks ago, just opened today on Valentines day, come to find out its missing the frosting mix and sprinkles. how upsetting. I am not able to return this item for personal reasons. I can only hope they do better.

Very fun activity with toddler but super disappointed that target would put red40 dye in the kit marketed towards kids. I get that giving your kids this treat is questionable regardless but the red 40 just seems like an unnecessary additives when it’s banned in other places

I am not a fan of baking, so I liked the idea of a simple kit to do with my kids. We followed the recipe, and it was very easy! We were able to make 11 cake pops. I gave 4 stars because I wasn’t a huge fan of the taste. My kids thought they were amazing, though.

I loved how tasty these are. I’m not a big sugar girl but they didn’t taste overly fake and or gross. When you dip the chocolate I had the cake pop in one hand and a spoon in another so I could coat it quickly. It is pricy but I’m not sure why everyone is so negative. I also cut the sticks in half as they are far too long. It did make about 10 per box not the 12. You could make 12 but they would be tiny tiny.

Not enough ingredients
You are not provided with enough ingredients at all. I think that the frosting that they provide for you is enough for about 2 tablespoons worth. Didn’t even begin to cover the cake, which I am aware that this isn’t needing to look good since you are turning it in to cake pops but this made the final product VERY dry. They also provide you with barely any cake mix. You’re better off to buy the ingredients yourself because these were hardly edible at the end and definitely not worth the hassle or money.
