The biggest problem with this item is the lid. If the container is put on its side, even with the lid closed, (and I've triple-checked), alcohol still leaks everywhere. This brand is the only time I've had a problem with a bottle of isopropyl alcohol, so I don't think I'll be getting it from Target again.

The product seems watered down. It doesn't have the hallmarks of 91% IPA because: 1.) It doesn't sting badly. 2.) It doesn't evaporate nigh instantly. It evaporates as slowly as the 70% IPAs I often use.

This spin order has been on a delayed delivery status since July 23rd. I've received no updates and I can't process the return because I can only return it in the store but I can't return it cuz I haven't received it.
