Lovely Doll, Quality Control Issue
The doll I purchased arrived with the box taped shut, which was concerning and made it appear neither new nor unopened. I contacted Target customer service, and they are sending a replacement, which is why I didn’t rate this lower. The doll itself is beautiful and looks exactly as shown online. However, due to the condition of the packaging, I did not remove it from the box. Additionally, the doll only sang one short line (“Popular, I’ll help you be popular”) and then stopped, so there was clearly an issue with its functionality as well. At this point, the original doll will likely be donated. It’s unfortunate when a nice product is damaged or defective before it even arrives.
