It can get a little annoying since it is just one short little part that inevitably gets pushed over and over again. None the less it’s a good gift for a Wicked-lover.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This doll is WICKED! What a hit with my 9 year old. We had the chance to watch the movie on TV accompanied by the doll. The comparisons of the features were amazing. The micro braids was one of the most talked about feature. The hair and facial features made the entire doll so beautiful. My little one said “They made the whole doll exactly like wicked even the part that she’s green.” The dress and boots are amazing. The fact that she sings is a bonus feature that we can’t overlook. Even though the 4 year old is not crazy about the doll, they both enjoy singing along with the doll. They know all of the words to the songs. Because of their response to this doll, we are thinking about adding other Wicked items for Christmas gifts.

The sculpt is spot-on—sharp, expressive, & actually looks like Elphaba instead of “generic green witch #47.” The paintwork is clean, the green tone is rich!! Not patchy or dull, & the outfit is ridiculously detailed. They didn’t cheap out on the textures or the layers, which I appreciate because Elphaba deserves drama. Her hair? Thick, smooth, and actually style-able without that crunchy “don’t touch me” plastic feel. Articulation is great too—she poses like she’s mid-Defying Gravity at all times, & honestly I respect that energy. She just feels premium. Solid weight, quality materials, and the vibe? Chef’s kiss. She stands out in the best, witchiest way. If you love Wicked, strong female characters, or just want a doll with an attitude that matches your own… this one’s a no-brainer. Mattel knocked it out of the park. ✨🖤💚
