Hang it!!

Saw this item at a church. They had about 8 of these in a row all mounted on a 2 - 2 1/2 " board to extend it out away from the wall, maybe to allow thicker coats to hang without falling off. They look very European and minimal style. Very nice. They used the Oak finish, as we did also.

Plastic

I have a smaller one of these bought a few years ago. The hooks are metal. This time, they are plastic and one hook doesn't stay "closed". The wood seems of inferior quality and the color isn't a rich honey brown as the earlier one. A manufacturer change? I can't return as the packaging has been discarded. First time a Umbra product has been a disappointment.

Perfect Wall Hook-Highly Recommended

Perfect Wall Hook! Got the walnut with black hardware.. So easy to install. Took me 10 minutes. Came with a paper tape measure which is brilliant. Excellent quality. Very happy and would recommend.

Nice update

We ordered the 8, 5, and 3 hooks. The 3 was just too small so we returned it. The other two work well in the room. Only downside is the holes the screws seat into are 12 inch centers. This also caused having to do a little rearranging of our layout to ensure we hit at least one stud.

Clean, modern design

Just what I was looking for. Reserving five stars until I can see how it will hold up long term. I could see the finish scratching or rubbing off with long term use - but it’s hard to say as they’ve only been up for a couple of weeks.

This is the third home I've installed these hooks in, a total of eight hooks so far with probably 2 more to be purchased. This shipment did not come with the mounting screws.
