Highly Comedogenic
This product contains very highly comedogenic ingredients like shea butter and glyceryl stearate. I would not recommend this to anyone with acne prone skin. After using it for about two weeks I noticed very small break outs around my eyes.

Not the same product
I have bought this moisturizer several times over the past couple years and have always liked thefeel and how how it made my skin feel , but the last one I got smells terrible like a perm solution and has a burning tingling sensation to my face. I will not be purchasing this again.

Sadly a dud
Loved this moisturizer and probably went through 6+ in the past several years. However, I repurchased one in April and it seriously irritated my face and smelled like a hair removal cream. Also looked completely different in color and in texture than previous purchases. Seems like I'm not the only one dealing with this. Very dissapointed :(

So Disappointed - Not the Same Product
I’ve been using this moisturizer for two years now, but the bottle I just received is not the same. It’s a gross, gray-beige color, runny, and it smells so strongly of ammonia that I don’t even want to put it near my face. Since they’re denying there’s been any formula change, it must be a quality control issue, which is somehow worse. I’m bummed that I need to find a new go-to moisturizer - I really did love this stuff - and I feel like I can’t trust their other products now, either.

Formula change
This has been my go to for years, it's the only product that sits well under my makeup and doesn't break me out. I bought a new bottle a couple weeks ago and it seems as if the formula has changed. It's not as moisturizing and I'm breaking out.

OATMEAL WENT BAD!
I used to love this product! It was the ONLY thing I could use for my sensitive skin. I loved the formula and the light scent didn’t give me a headache. I was out and waited for my new one to come in, but it’s smells TERRIBLE and looks yellow almost like the oatmeal went bad. I am so disappointed because I really needed my favorite product and it was so expensive! Please bring the old formula back!!!

Used to be great, now overpriced and bad formula
I used this product for YEARS but over last fall/winter it started pilling horribly and completely stopped providing any moisture, my skin was flaking constantly. Not to mention they have quite literally doubled the price since I started using it

Changed the formula
I'm so upset they changed the formula. Like others have mentioned, it's now a weird beige color instead of white, it has a thinner/runnier consistency, and it smells terrible. They totally changed what used to be my staple moisturizer. So disappointing that after years I have to find a new moisturizer.

The same moisturizer I have been using was white and the new one I purchased was a beige color. Is something wrong with it?

Toxic, not for sensitive skin
Used this product since 2020 due to my sensitive skin. Last two times I bought this product had a very off putting toxic smell, almost like a Lysol or alcohol odor. Color used to be white now it’s grey… it now burns my skin and is unbearable to use. Lost a loyal customer of 5+ years. It’s false advertisement now. Come to find out the ingredients have been switched. This company will be hearing from my attorney.

Disappointed
Im so disappointed... I used to love this moisturizer. I mean this was THE moisturizer I would always run back to. But the last two times I bought it (from separate locations), it smells so off, the color is off and it leaves a tacky feeling. And all followed by irritation. I don't know what is happening or they just changed the formula but I'm so sad.

Not for me
I bought this a few month's back. I haven’t used it much because the smell is so off putting. It smells just like the chemicals used for perms I got in the 90s. I wish I could return it for another item.

New Formula = Acne
I used to buy this religiously and I restocked recently with THREE tubes only to find the formula has changed. It’s no longer white and has an almost oatmeal color. It also seems to be adding some acne I’ve never experienced before with this moisturizer. I guess I’ll power through my three bottles but then I’m going to need to find another moisturizer.

It's okay, it's a moisturizer. But gives my skin a bit of texture, and makes me break out. they usually recommend it to me when they "discontinue" skin rescue daily face cream, but it doesn't compare, it's not a good replacement for that one, in my experience/opinion.

I wanted to loved this product.
But coming from someone who is very pale, I should not look insanely ashy or as if I’m wearing white face paint. Especially after 10+ min of of rubbing it in. I can only imagine how difficult this product is to use for someone with a darker skin complexion.
