Super pretty and buildable!

Goes on smooth and sheer, dries perfectly, withstands lots of attention (kisses, eating, drinking, lip balm or gloss on top, etc). Buildable, too! I find the plum to be much darker than the marketing image shows, but I plan to buy this in a couple more colors for sure! I hate having a heavy product feeling on my lips, and as a loving wife and mom, it's impractical to have something so transferable on my mouth as lipstick or sticky lip gloss lol This is exactly what I've been looking for!

I only bought this because I was browsing while waiting in a long line and omg, I'm obsessed with it. No wiping away, no mystery color when you first apply.. just incredibly pigmented solid color that doesn't look fake. I love it big time. Nice one, ulta.

These stains are great for an everyday pop of color on the lips. They are buildable for more saturation, but make sure you it dry completely before adding additional coats, or you will get a bit of "pilling". You can also create new colors by layering! With eating and drinking, I do find a get a bit of fading in the center of my lips, especially the bottom lip, but I have had no issues with touching it up. PS: My FAVORITE everyday combo is one of these stains, with a Milani Fruit Fetish lip oil on top! Try it!! You'll thank me later!

Feels and looks amazing and natural . Very pigmented and doesn't smudge. Best lip product ever. I only use makeup for my lips and I will buy this for the rest of my life. Would be really nice to get some more colors. But it is still best ever for me. Perfect moisturize for lips nice and soft not drying and not oily.

Got the Cherry (ended up very pink) and the Mango (orange, supposedly), and very confused. Go on looking nice and completely different, but both fade to nearly the same unflattering (on me) bright pink. Pros, they are lightweight and the color stays until I take it off with a makeup remover, easily over 8 hours. Lip balms shorten the life but not by much, really just make it tranfer a bit when it doesn't otherwise (beyond a tiny bit of faded pink if you blot it after it dries). Can be a bit patchy but easily fixed with a second application. Color is very bold and strong, which would've been great if I liked the color. I didn't experience any smudging. Would probably be a five if the colors stayed true. Had high hopes with such a nice application and initial color, but ended up disliking both. Perhaps other colors don't have this problem, but honestly I'm just going to try a different brand.

Barely any color. No moisture. Did not like it.

I so love love this product. Its long wearing, can be layered . Comes in multitudes of color. Never heavy ,just the right layer of coverage. Highly recommend.

What a great way to have color to my lips without having to re-apply lipstick all the time. Even after eating.

I bought this in hopes of it being a cheaper alternative to Benetint, which I love. It is similar to Benetint in that it's a watery formula, but once applied, it felt tacky and gross on my lips. It is not a weightless feeling like Benetint. The color was fine, I just could not get past the way it felt on my lips.

You're better off buying the Benetint line. Those tints are much better. I got the Ulta Sangria one. If you put on too much, you look like a vampire. I agree it's also very dry and shows all your lip lines. It's passable if you don't put too much and put lip gloss on top.

I've bought this before and wasn't too fond of it. I bought it again recently to just it another try and fell in love with it that I bought another one! Love the shade, it's very beautiful. I got plum paradise, one coat delivers you a stunning color. Wish they had a brown lip stain but no company does

Offers a lovely sheer wash of color with enough time between application and drying to soften the edges! Buildable as long as you allow it to dry between layers. Works similarly on the cheeks.

Unfortunately this made the skin around my lips super dry and they cracked. I loved the colors and the price, but way too try. The dark violet went on really patchy.

this is a great stain. solid addition to any makeup routine. long lasting and beautiful color. must ensure lips are thoroughly moisturized to ensure a good result as it can stick to dry patches, but that is the nature of lip stains. my aunt loves this as well so this is certainly suitable for mature lips as well.

I've never been good about wearing lipstick, especially reapplying after it wears off from eating and drinking. I like this a lot bc it lasts hours including through meals without reapplying it doesn't transfer much either

I would purchase the Weightless Water Lip Stain in Mango again because I can wear it with beiges, oranges and brown clothing as it goes well with this type of clothing.
